Fernando Salmon Iza is Graduate in Physical Sciences as the Complutensian University of Madrid UCM and Master Universitario in Mathematics and Computation as the University of Cantabria UC.
It began to study painting in Madrid, in 1996 receiving classes of the architect Carmen Toribio and it continued in Santander, receiving classes in the study of Helio Gogar, in 1999. He has been a pupil of graphical design of Manuel Estrada in the workshop of
International University Menendez Pelayo gave in the in the year 2004. During the last seven years it has been employed at digital image experimenting with letters, forms and color, the obtained one there being to create quality images by means of design with computer inside the minimal art.
Individual exhibitions in Spain: in the Sala del Centro Meteorológico de Santander, en el Centro Cultural Doctor Madrazo, en el Centro Comercial Peñacastillo, en el Museo Jesús Otero de Santillana del Mar y en la sala del restaurante del Balneario de la Concha en Santander.
Also it has taken part in collective exhibitions and in diverses International Fairs. Gallery Artelibre of Zaragoza in the year 2012 and 2013, Art Shopping Carrousel Trades du Louvre in Paris in the year 2012, Contemporary Art. Trades Asia in Hong Kong in the year 2013 and New York in curatorial year in Amsterdam Withney Gallery.
The minimalist art includes the artistic movements that have as aim reduce the painting and the sculpture to the essential of the geometric abstraction. The minimalist art eliminated the figurative imagery and the pictorial space ilusionístico in favor of the only image, often composed of smaller parts organized from agreement to a squared pattern. In spite of this trend towards the mathematically regular compositions, the minimalist works show a great diversity: from the evocation of the sublime thing inherent in the monochrome fabrics up to rigorous tests of geometry
